This cancellation policy applies to all BrightX products purchased through website. Order cancellations are governedby the respective marketplace policies along with the conditions mentioned below.
2.Cancellation BeforeDispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched
- Customers can request cancellation through:

If the cancellation request is successfully processed before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
3.Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped,cancellation may not be possible

- Refuse delivery at the time of arrival, or
- Initiate a return requestas per the returnpolicy
4.Refund for Cancelled Orders
