1.Applicability
This return policy applies to all BrightXproducts purchased through.Returns are subject to the respective marketplace policies along with the conditions mentioned below.
(a). Return Window
Customers may request a return within the applicable marketplace return period,typically:
- 3 days from the date of delivery(may vary by platform/category)
(b). EligibleReturn Conditions
Returns will be acceptedonly under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Item is missing from the order
(c). Non-Returnable Conditions
Due to the natureof cleaning and hygiene products, BrightX items are non-returnable once opened or used.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the followingcases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product has been used, opened,or partially consumed
- Damage caused due to improper handlingor storage
- Minor outer packaging damagethat does not affect the product

- Customers must initiate the return requestthrough the website.
- Follow the instructions providedfor pickup as applicable
(e). ProductVerification
- Returned items may undergoa quality check (QC)
- Return requests may be rejected if:
- Product is found used or tampered
- Incorrect item is returned
- Claim does not meet eligibility criteria
(f). Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by the BrightXteam where applicable.
- In some cases, customersmay be required to self pickup the product as per websiteguidelines
